Again, I'd just like to thank Bridget for coming up with this fantastic idea and coming to me to host it on here. Lifehouse is an amazing band with wonderful guys that really deserve this. I'd also like to thank Sylvia, Skrappy, Cori, and Cindy for participating in all of this as well. They had to learn about some technical things and had a few difficulties, but nothing they couldn't fix! Great job EVERYONE!

November 11, 2010

Hey there everyone! This is just a little update blog to tell you what's going on. I have made a couple changes to the site, as you may have noticed. I have changed the look of the homepage a little bit, made some new headers for each page, the Podcast page is in a new place at the top of the page, I have changed the pictures of the guys in the Picture & Video Gallery, there is a brand new poll on the homepage to vote on, and our Twitter account has a new name. Ok, so I made a lot of changes ...

Another Creative Lifehouse Site...

October 30, 2010

So basically I just wanted to say thank you to Minka, the creator of really cool Lifehouse site called Room Of Plastic Flowers. Minka was really kind and decided to link Fool For Lifehouse on her site and mentioned in the updates that she'd done so. :) Room Of Plastic Flowers is also linked on Lifehouse's official website: Lifehousemusic.com, so that's one step closer to my goal, which is to be linked on their website. Room Of Plastic Flowers also has some pretty neat fan art, digital art, av...

New Podcast Coming Soon!

October 14, 2010

Hey there, guys. So sorry for the lack of updates. There hasn't been much of anything to put up here, plus I've been mostly without a computer for a few weeks. It's fixed now and I've got some really cool news for you all! A while back I was asked by one of my Lifehouse buds, Bridget, to do a podcast. She'd had the idea for a while, but never had a site to host it on. She thought Fool For Lifehouse would be perfect! You'll see that there is a Podcast page now on the site. That is where you'll...

Rick's Birthday Video!

September 22, 2010

It's finally here! Here is Rick's long awaited birthday video! I love it when the fans put together something special like this for the members of the band. It's so sweet and they really deserve it, don't you think? Great job Hannah for putting this together and Chirsty (Skrappy) for adding the music! Oh, and Sama for doing that awesome intro! Check it out and leave a comment :)

Lifehouse Graphics!

September 19, 2010

Hey everyone! Lately I've been on a GIMP kick. GIMP is a graphic making tool, for those who don't know. So here are two of my creations. The first one is obviously Jason Wade and the second one is with Bryce Soderberg. I also made a logo for Rick's birthday, but you'll have to wait to see his birthday video on Monday to see it! :)

If you have any suggestions or ideas for a graphic you might like me to try, feel free to leave a comment! Remember, you can always send yours in too! :)

Second Place Cake Contest Winner!

September 12, 2010

After an interesting voting process that took two sessions, Lifehouse: Behind the Video Blogs has the Second place winner of the cake contest! Below is Skrappy's Gary The Sloth cake! Not only does it look adorable, it looks absolutely delicious! But then again, I'd feel kind of guilty eating Jason's pet sloth...wouldn't you? Haha :) Congrats Skrappy! Both her and Breann, the cake contest's first place winner are now in the Lifehouse: Behind the Video Blogs' 100th comic! Great job girls! You c...

Interview with Sherri

Hey guys! Here’s a special interview by one of our Co-Anchors, Vicky, with an awesome Lifehouse fan named Sherri! She did a half marathon event and got to see Lifehouse afterwards!

——————————————————–

Q: What did you do to prepare for the marathon?

A: I used a training schedule by a guy named Hal Higdon. He has some really good training programs.

Q: What was the biggest challenge you faced and overcame during this experience?

A: For me, the biggest challenge is always mental. My mind decides I need to give up long before my body does.

Q: Have you ever run a ½ or full marathon before?

A: I have run ½ marathons before

Q: What was the atmosphere like the day of the event?

A: It was crazy! I love the energy right before a race starts.

Q: Did you have any lucky charms with you that day?

A: I have a necklace that I always wear on big days. It was given to me by my best friend who passed away a couple of yrs ago.

Q: How long did it take for you to complete the race & what number did you come in?

A: I am not sure what place I came in. I wanted to complete it in under two hours, but it took me a little over two hours. L I was disappointed, but there will always be more opportunities to try again!

Q: Did you have the opportunity to talk to Lifehouse? If so, what was that experience like?

Anything you would like to share with the fans about that experience?

A: Yes, I was able to see them after the race. It is always great to see them, they are so friendly. I wish I would have thought to ask them to sign the T Shirt that you guys gave me.

Q: What was your favorite part of the race?

A: Seeing a 57 yr old blind man finish the race. Very emotional to say the least.

Q: Do you plan to continue training and running regularly now that the race is over?

A: Yes. It has been 3 yrs since my last half marathon…but Im baaaaack!

Q: When you and your hubby met the Lifehouse boys after the race, who in the room smelled the worst? The best?

A: Hmmm..for the worst it would be a toss up between me and hubby (probably me!) And I have no idea who smelled the best, because I couldn’t smell anything over my own stench! lol

Q: What were you more nervous about, the race or talking to Lifehouse afterwards?

A: Ummm…talking to LH of course! I have two goals in life…to finish a full marathon and to be able to talk to LH without nearly passing out. I think I am more likely to achieve the first goal than the second. haha

Q: Why did you only run a half marathon instead of a full one?

A: Well, I tried to run the half marathon twice, but my entry fee only covered running it once. Darn! :)

Q: How did you hair look after the race was over?

A: Hmmm…let’s just say I would have looked better with Ricky’s hair than my own at that point!! (puke)
